Category reporting within the personalisation portal.
The reporting available in the portal is sub-optimal and doesn’t provide a very detailed picture. Having the ability to breakdown performance by category (as well as attributes such as type, brand, etc) will provide the additional insight that a lot of our customers have been asking for. Customers should be able to see what are the main categories driving revenue and engagement metrics as this information can provide valuable insights and help improve the efficiency of recommendations by shifting the focus on top-performing categories.
