Hi!
As an Optimizely editor, I want to be able to use the "pageview"-event of a certain page as the source for an audience so that I can target visitors that (have returned and) have viewed a certain page before.
We currently solve this by using a custom javascript to set a certain local storage variable to keep track of the visit of a certain page, but since the "viewed <page>"-event is already there, why not provide this an official audience condition!
Thank you in advance and please let me know if there are any questions!
With the kindest regards,
Matthias
Hi Jett,
Thanks for the follow-up. Indeed, I will contact our CSM to clarify if this is part of our license.
Thanks again and wkr,
Matthias
This isn't new but only available as an add-on for customers on the Accelerate and Scale plan or as part of the package for Enterprise. Perhaps your accessibility to this feature has been reconfigured.
Hi Jett,
Thanks for the link, that seems exactly what I was looking for, thank you! Is this something new? I don't recall this was available before, hence the ticket. In either case, happy to see this is available!
With the kindest regards,
Matthias
This is currently supported via Behavioral Targeting under our personalization add-on. See https://support.optimizely.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410289256077-Behavioral-targeting-Group-visitors-by-action-in-Personalization
